Cleanouts: garage, house, estate and eviction

Big jobs, one truckload at a time. Send photos of the space, get an upfront price per load, and we clear it out on evenings and weekends.

Cleanouts in Broward County are priced per pickup-truck load, starting at $199 per full load, with loading, hauling and dump fees included. Most garage and house cleanouts take more than one load, quoted from photos before we start.

Garage cleanouts

Old furniture, broken shelving, boxes from the last move, the treadmill nobody uses. We clear the junk so the car fits again. You point, we haul.

  • Boxes and storage bins
  • Old shelving and workbenches
  • Exercise equipment
  • Bikes, toys, patio furniture

House and move-out cleanouts

Moving out, moving in, or finally dealing with the spare room. We take what's left behind so you can hand over the keys or start fresh.

  • Leftover furniture after a move
  • Spare-room and closet clear-outs
  • Condo and apartment move-outs
  • Rental turnovers for homeowners

Estate cleanouts

Clearing a loved one's home is hard enough. We work at your pace, on evenings or weekends, and we only take what you tell us to. If family lives out of town, photos and text are all we need to quote.

  • Full-home furniture removal
  • Condo cleanouts in 55+ communities
  • Garage and shed contents
  • Work around items the family is keeping

Eviction and tenant-leftover cleanouts

For homeowners and landlords who need a unit cleared after a tenant leaves. You confirm you have the right to dispose of what's there; we carry it out and haul it away.

  • Abandoned furniture and mattresses
  • Appliances the tenant left
  • Garage and patio leftovers

We can't take bagged household garbage or food waste. If the unit has a lot of bagged trash, that has to go through your regular garbage service.

What we take on a cleanout

  • Furniture, mattresses and appliances
  • Boxes, bins, clothes and household items (not bagged kitchen trash)
  • Shelving, rugs and carpet
  • Electronics like flat-screen TVs and computers
  • Exercise equipment, bikes and toys
  • Patio furniture and grills (tank removed)

What we can't take

  • Bagged household garbage, food waste or kitchen trash
  • Paint (unless fully dried latex), chemicals, solvents and pool chemicals
  • Propane tanks, gas cans, motor oil
  • Car batteries and lithium batteries
  • Fluorescent tubes and other mercury items
  • Asbestos or anything suspected to have it
  • Pianos, hot tubs, safes, or single items over about 300 lb
  • Old tube (CRT) TVs and monitors

We spot these during the walk-through and leave them where they are. Nothing gets loaded that we can't legally dispose of.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a garage cleanout cost in Broward County?

Garage cleanouts are priced per pickup-truck load, starting at $199 per full load with dump fees included. A one-car garage corner might be one load; a packed two-car garage is usually several. Text photos for an upfront estimate.

How long does a cleanout take?

It depends on how many loads it takes, since every load has to go to the disposal facility before the next one. Bigger cleanouts may be split across an evening and a weekend day. We'll tell you the plan when we quote.

Do I need to be there during an estate cleanout?

Someone needs to let us in and show us what stays and what goes. That can be a family member, a neighbor or a property manager. Quotes and updates can happen by text in English or Spanish.

Can you clean out a unit after an eviction?

Yes, for residential units, as long as you're the owner or landlord and have the right to dispose of what's there. We take furniture, appliances and household items. We can't take bagged household garbage or food waste.

Do you sort out what's valuable?

No. Please pull anything you want to keep before we arrive or mark it clearly. Once something is on the truck it goes to a licensed Broward disposal facility and can't be returned.
